Warranty Policy

At UUH, we design luggage for real travel, everyday movement, and long-term use. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request warranty support for your UUH luggage.
Please read this policy carefully before submitting a warranty request. For shipping, returns, or refunds, please also review our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Warranty Coverage Period
UUH luggage is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies to eligible UUH luggage purchased directly from our official website or an authorized sales channel. Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.
What This Warranty Covers
Our 2-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Covered issues may include defects related to:
- Wheels or spinner wheel assemblies
- Telescopic handles or carry handles
- Zippers, zipper pulls, or zipper tracks
- Built-in locks or lock components
- Shell structure defects caused by manufacturing issues
- Interior lining or stitching defects caused by workmanship issues
Warranty coverage is reviewed case by case. If your claim is approved, UUH may offer replacement parts, repair guidance, product replacement, or another reasonable solution depending on the issue, product condition, and part availability.
Replacement Parts and Repair Support
If a covered component is damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing defect, UUH may provide replacement parts when available. Common replacement parts may include wheels, handles, locks, zipper pulls, or other repairable luggage components.
In some cases, we may send replacement parts so the luggage can be repaired instead of replacing the entire item. We may also provide basic repair guidance when appropriate.
If the issue is not covered by warranty, we may still be able to offer paid replacement parts or repair support when parts are available.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or intentional damage. The following are not covered:
- Damage caused by human misuse, abuse, or intentional destruction
- Damage caused by airline handling, airport baggage handling, couriers, or other carriers
- Scratches, scuffs, dents, stains, fading, or normal cosmetic wear from travel use
- Damage caused by overpacking, excessive weight, or forcing the zipper or handle
- Damage caused by dropping, crushing, dragging, or impact from external force
- Damage caused by improper storage, exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or moisture
- Loss, theft, or missing items
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration of the product
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand marketplaces
- Any incidental or consequential damages related to travel delays, baggage fees, or personal belongings
If your luggage is damaged by an airline or carrier during travel, please file a claim with the airline or carrier immediately after receiving your luggage, as carrier-related damage is not covered by UUH's limited warranty.
Normal Wear and Tear
Luggage is designed to travel, and normal signs of use may appear over time. Cosmetic wear, including minor scratches, marks, scuffs, or dents, is considered normal wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To help us review your request faster, please include the following information:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
- Photos of the full product and the affected area
- Proof of purchase, if requested
After receiving your request, we will review the information and contact you with the next steps. Additional photos, videos, or product details may be required to complete the review.
Warranty Review and Resolution
Warranty claims are reviewed based on the product condition, the nature of the issue, and whether the issue is covered under this policy.
If your claim is approved, UUH may provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement parts for repair
- Repair instructions or support
- Replacement of the affected item or component
- Another reasonable solution based on the case
The exact solution may vary depending on product availability, part availability, and the condition of the luggage.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is limited to the original product purchased and does not cover personal items packed inside the luggage, travel expenses, baggage fees, airline fees, lost time, or other indirect costs.
This policy does not replace or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
