Return and Refund Policy

At UUH, we want you to feel confident when choosing luggage for your travels. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and order issues are handled.

Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the return conditions listed below.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In brand-new, unused condition
  • Free from scratches, scuffs, dents, stains, odors, or signs of travel use
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, protective materials, manuals, and accessories
  • Returned in the original shipping box or proper protective packaging
  • Approved by our customer support team before being shipped back

You may inspect the luggage indoors to confirm the size, color, and general appearance. However, luggage that has been used for travel, checked in with an airline, used outdoors, damaged, marked, or returned in unsellable condition is not eligible for a standard return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items used for travel or showing signs of use
  • Items with scratches, dents, stains, scuffs, odors, or missing parts
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, airline handling, or customer-caused damage
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, or protective materials
  • Final sale items, clearance items, or items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards, if applicable
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand marketplaces

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page before sending anything back.

Please include the following information with your return request:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the full product
  • Clear photos of the product condition, packaging, tags, and accessories

Photos may be required so we can confirm that the item is in brand-new, unused condition before approving the return.

Please do not ship your item back before your return request is approved. Items returned without approval may be delayed, refused, or not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. The return address may be different from the original shipping location and will be provided after your return request is approved.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return tracking number until your refund has been completed. UUH is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are not issued before the returned item has been received and inspected.

After we process the refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds back to your account. In most cases, refunds may take approximately up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed after we confirm that your refund was processed, please first contact your bank or payment provider. If you still need help, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as a wrong item, defective item, or item damaged upon arrival.

If return shipping costs, handling costs, or carrier fees apply, they may be deducted from the total refund amount when permitted by this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

If the issue is approved as a fulfillment error, shipping damage upon arrival, or product defect, we may offer a replacement, replacement part, repair support, refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the case.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or set, please contact us first so we can help review your options.

In many cases, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order for the item you want.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility.

Order Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or marked as undeliverable by the carrier, we will review the case once the package is returned to us.

Any original shipping charges, return shipping fees, carrier fees, or handling costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery may be deducted from the refund when applicable.

Warranty Claims Are Separate

This Return and Refund Policy applies to returns and refunds. Product issues caused by manufacturing defects after normal use may be handled under our Warranty Policy.

Normal wear and tear, airline damage, misuse, accidental damage, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a return or warranty claim.
