UUH fulfills orders from our U.S.-based overseas warehouse. We offer free standard shipping worldwide on eligible orders placed through our official website.

We do not list our warehouse address on this page because it is used for order fulfillment only and is not a customer return location. If you need to request a return, please follow our Return and Refund Policy.

Free Worldwide Shipping

UUH offers free standard shipping worldwide for eligible orders placed on our website. This means there is no standard shipping fee charged by UUH at checkout for eligible destinations.

Available shipping destinations and delivery options will be shown at checkout before payment. If shipping is not available to a specific address, the order may not be eligible for delivery to that location.

Free worldwide shipping refers to standard shipping fees. It does not include any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, remote-area surcharges, or other charges that may be required by local authorities or carriers in certain countries or regions.

Order Processing Time

After your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our normal order processing time is 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, promotional events, or carrier delays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped within the United States, the estimated delivery time is usually 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

For international orders, delivery time may vary depending on the destination country or region, local customs processing, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The final delivery time may vary depending on your shipping address and carrier conditions.

Shipping From Our U.S. Warehouse

Most UUH orders are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment warehouse. Shipping from a U.S. warehouse helps us process orders efficiently and provide a more reliable delivery experience for customers.

In certain cases, the carrier, route, or fulfillment method may vary depending on product availability, destination, order details, or logistics conditions.

Shipping Costs

UUH provides free standard shipping worldwide on eligible orders. Any available shipping option, if shown at checkout, will be clearly displayed before payment.

We do not add hidden standard shipping fees after an order has been placed.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local taxes, or other fees may be charged by your country, region, customs office, or carrier.

These charges are not standard shipping fees charged by UUH. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their destination country or region.

Customs processing may also affect delivery time. UUH is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local import rules, or customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when tracking is available from the carrier.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package. If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. UUH is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional carrier fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check the delivery area, mailbox, front desk, building office, neighbors, or anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We will review the case and may ask for additional information so we can assist you.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page with your order number and clear photos of the package and product condition.
