Return & Refund Policy
At UUH, we are committed to ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchased products. All products undergo strict quality inspections and comply with international production standards. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review the product pages for more details and accurately select the size, color, and style of the luggage. However, we understand that you may occasionally need to return or request a refund for a product. Please note that returns of our products are strictly subject to the product warranty terms. Please review the refund and return policy below to understand the relevant terms and procedures.
Return
You can return the item unconditionally within 14 days from the date you receive the package. To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:
1.The item must remain in its original, unused condition.
2.All original packaging and labels are intact, exactly as they were when received.
Please note that some products may not be eligible for return:
1.Any luggage products with customized features.
2.All items purchased with gift cards, accessories, free gifts, as well as any items marked as "Final Sale".
3.Items with stains, peculiar smells, deformation, or damaged/lost packaging.
We do not provide prepaid return services. Therefore, you will need to bear the return shipping costs yourself.If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to return:
1.Contact us at support@uuhluggages.com.You can select to exchange, have a Refund Voucher that you can use right away in the UUH shop, or receive a refund to your original payment method.
2.Get a refund confirmation from customer care team.
3.Pack your items carefully back to their original packaging.
4.If you would like to use the same shipping box, please place the new shipping label you receive over the previous shipping label; otherwise, please use another shipping box.
5.Send the return items to the address provided by our customer care team.
For defective items exceeding the return policy period, a related warranty policy is applied. Please refer to the warranty policy card in the packaging.

Refunds
You can apply for a refund within 14 days from the date you receive the package. To be eligible for a refund, the following requirements must be met:
1.If our products have obvious quality issues, such as loose or broken zippers, severely damaged luggage cases or bags, broken wheels of the case, broken built-in elastic bands, loose fasteners that cannot be used normally, bent telescopic rods, or severely worn cases, UUH sincerely apologizes. You can submit a short video to the customer service as evidence. Once our technicians evaluate and confirm that the product is defective, we will process the refund, and you do not need to return the item.
2.If the return is due to your personal reasons, UUH will introduce two useful solutions for this situation.
·If you can cover the return shipping cost, we will refund the full amount to you.
·We will provide you with a partial refund (5%-10% of the payment), and you may keep the item for yourself.
To ensure a quick refund, please include your name and order number in the return package. Additionally, after shipping the item back, please send the return tracking number to support@uuhluggages.com. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 48 hours, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days (the specific timeframe depends on your card issuer's policies). If your account has changed during this period, we recommend that you inform us as early as possible.
Notice:
1.The order shipping fee will not be refunded, as the cost has already been incurred during the product's transportation.
2.Depending on the region you live in, the delivery time for exchanged items may vary.
3.If the value of the item you are shipping exceeds $75, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
