ORDER
When will my order be shipped?
It usually takes us 1-3 business days to process your order. During peak holiday season, order processing may take longer, sometimes up to 7-10 business days, depending on the volume of orders received.
Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?
If there are any changes to your order, please contact us immediately as we are unable to make changes once your order has shipped. You can contact us at +1 (479)487-3906 or email us at support@uuh.com.
What if I received the wrong item or there is a damaged item in the package?
Please email your order number and photos of the damaged/wrong item to support@uuh.com for further assistance.
Where is my order?
To get an update on your order:
- Log into your account
- Go to My Account
- Click on My Orders
- There you will find all your orders and details.
To review the shipping status of one of your orders click on the order's number. However, once the order ships, you will receive an email confirmation which will contain a tracking number. Orders usually ship within 3 working days
What does it mean when an order is "Processing"?
When your order is "Processing" it means that your order is in our system and our warehouse is working on getting it out.
Processing comes shortly before Shipped. On the rare occasion that we encounter a problem with your order, we will contact you.

How do I clean and care for my UUH luggage?
For hard-shell luggage, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that may scratch the surface. For soft-shell luggage, spot clean with a cloth and mild detergent as needed. Always refer to the product care instructions for best results.
How do I check if my luggage meets the airline's carry-on size requirements?
The dimensions of the luggage are provided on each product page. We recommend that you check the airline's carry-on policy as size restrictions may vary. Our compact luggage is typically designed to comply with most standard airline requirements.
What materials are used in UUH Luggages products?
We prioritize durability and lightweight materials in our designs. Our hard-shell luggage is typically made from high-quality polycarbonate or ABS, while our soft-shell luggage features durable polyester and nylon fabrics. Each material is chosen based on its strength, weight, and durability.
How to set your TSA combination lock (styles ACC-W14, ACC-W15)?
- Step 1: Set dials to factory preset combination: 0-0-0.
- Step 2: Open the lock by pressing down on the rubber button on the side of the lock. The cable tip will be released.
- Step 3: With a pen, push the button located on the bottom of the lock. Hold it until completing the next step.
- Step 4: Set all three dials to your desired personal combination. Be sure to write down your combination for reference once set.
- Step 5: Release the bottom button and insert the cable tip into the hole.
This cable lock may be opened by Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents utilizing a secured access device, independent from your personal combination.
